Welcome to Print Next Day. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of PrintNextDay.com and purchases made through our website. By placing an order, using our website, or submitting artwork or other materials to us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Print Next Day. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or place an order on hold when necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, unavailable products, production limitations, pricing errors, or artwork concerns.

Submitting an order does not guarantee that production has begun. Production may depend on successful payment, receipt of usable artwork, approval of any required proof, and completion of other information needed to produce the order.

2. Custom Printed Products

Many products sold by Print Next Day are custom manufactured or printed specifically for each customer. Because these products are personalized, they may not be eligible for return, cancellation, or refund once production has begun, except as provided by our applicable refund, reprint, or replacement policies.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product specifications, sizes, quantities, finishing options, shipping information, and other order details before submitting an order.

3. Customer Artwork and Files

Customers are responsible for providing artwork that is suitable for production. This may include ensuring that files have appropriate dimensions, resolution, color settings, fonts, images, bleed, safety margins, and other specifications required for the selected product.

Print Next Day may review artwork for obvious production concerns, but we are not responsible for identifying every spelling, grammatical, design, layout, color, image-quality, sizing, or content error contained in customer-supplied artwork.

By submitting artwork or other materials, you confirm that you have the legal right and necessary permissions to use, reproduce, print, and distribute those materials.

You agree not to submit materials that infringe the copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights of another person or organization.

4. Proofs and Customer Approval

When a proof is provided, the customer is responsible for carefully reviewing it before approval. This includes reviewing spelling, layout, logos, images, colors, dimensions, quantities, contact information, and other visible content.

Approval of a proof authorizes Print Next Day to proceed with production based on the approved version.

Changes requested after proof approval or after production begins may result in additional charges, production delays, or the need to place a new order.

5. Production and Turnaround Times

Production times shown on PrintNextDay.com are estimates based on normal production conditions and begin only after all production requirements have been satisfied. These requirements may include successful payment, receipt of acceptable artwork, proof approval when applicable, and confirmation of order specifications.

When applicable, orders submitted and approved by the posted production cutoff may qualify for the turnaround time shown on the website. Orders received or approved after the cutoff may begin production on the following business day.

Weekends, holidays, artwork problems, proof delays, payment issues, unusually large orders, equipment interruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect production time.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Print Next Day offers shipping options displayed during checkout or otherwise communicated for an order. Free ground shipping may be available on qualifying orders as stated on our website.

Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional charge.

Production time and shipping time are separate. A production completion or ship date is not the same as a guaranteed delivery date.

Delivery dates shown on the website or provided by shipping carriers are estimates unless a guaranteed service has specifically been purchased and confirmed.

Once a shipment has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by weather, carrier delays, service interruptions, incorrect addresses, inaccessible delivery locations, or other conditions outside Print Next Day’s control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional charges resulting from incorrect addresses, address corrections, refused shipments, or re-delivery may be the customer’s responsibility.

7. Tracking Information

When available, Print Next Day may provide customers with shipment tracking information by email or through order information on our website.

Carrier tracking information is provided by the applicable shipping carrier. Tracking updates, estimated delivery dates, and shipment scans are controlled by the carrier and may not update immediately.

8. Cancellations and Order Changes

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact Print Next Day as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests received before production begins. However, once artwork preparation, proofing, manufacturing, printing, finishing, packaging, or other production work has started, cancellation or modification may not be possible.

Additional charges may apply when work has already been performed or materials have already been ordered or produced.

9. Returns, Reprints, and Refunds

Because many Print Next Day products are custom printed specifically for the customer, ordinary returns based on preference, design choice, or a change of mind may not be available.

If you believe your order arrived damaged, defective, incorrectly produced, or materially different from the approved order specifications, please contact us promptly and provide photographs or other information reasonably requested so we can evaluate the issue.

When Print Next Day determines that an order qualifies for correction, we may provide an appropriate remedy such as a reprint, replacement, partial refund, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Issues resulting from customer-approved artwork, incorrect customer-supplied information, low-resolution artwork, spelling errors, design choices, or other customer-supplied content may not qualify for a free reprint or refund.

10. Color and Production Variations

Colors displayed on computer monitors, mobile devices, and other screens may not exactly match printed colors.

Differences may occur because screens use RGB light while commercial printing processes use different inks, substrates, fabrics, coatings, equipment, and color-production methods.

Reasonable variations in color, positioning, cutting, stitching, finishing, material appearance, dimensions, or other production characteristics may occur within normal commercial printing tolerances.

11. Product Images and Specifications

Product photographs, renderings, mockups, illustrations, and digital previews on our website are provided for reference. Actual products may differ slightly in color, texture, appearance, hardware, finishing, or other characteristics.

We may update product specifications, materials, components, packaging, or manufacturing methods when necessary, provided the resulting product remains substantially consistent with the product ordered.

12. Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and may change without notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, expedited services, artwork services, and other charges will be shown when applicable.

Payment must generally be successfully authorized before production begins.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the amount shown for your order.

If an obvious pricing or calculation error occurs, Print Next Day reserves the right to correct the error and contact the customer before production.

13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a concern about an order or payment, please contact Print Next Day first so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Submitting a payment dispute or chargeback does not eliminate obligations relating to valid orders, completed production, or delivered products.

14. Intellectual Property

The Print Next Day name, website design, graphics, photographs, product descriptions, logos, and other content owned by Print Next Day may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission, except where otherwise permitted by law.

Customer-provided artwork remains the responsibility of the customer and is used by Print Next Day for purposes related to producing and servicing the customer’s order.

15. Prohibited Uses

You may not use PrintNextDay.com or our services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.

You may not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of our website, gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems, transmit malicious software, or use our services in a way that violates applicable law.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Print Next Day will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-interruption losses arising from an order, website use, delayed shipment, missed event, lost opportunity, or other circumstance.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Print Next Day’s total liability relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount actually paid to Print Next Day for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

17. Events Outside Our Control

Print Next Day will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, carrier delays, labor interruptions, power or internet outages, equipment failures, supplier disruptions, government actions, emergencies, or similar events.

18. Privacy

Your use of PrintNextDay.com is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information may be collected and used.

19. Changes to These Terms

Print Next Day may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our products, services, business practices, technology, or legal requirements.

The version posted on PrintNextDay.com at the time of use or purchase will apply as permitted by law.
